We generally invest in B2C technology-driven companies based in Hong Kong at pre-seed and seed stage only.
If you have a concept in mind but haven’t set up a company entity yet, our Venture Studio may be a better fit for you.
No. GZL Ventures operate as a separate VC fund. We invest in companies that has no relations with GZL Studio. But as a portfolio company, you can utilize resources from GZL Studio for support including our team of engineers, marketers, designers, and product people.
No. GZL Ventures invests alongside outside investors who fund GZL Studio spinouts, but we do not lead those investments.
You’re currently based in Hong Kong and you have at least one technical partner or co-founder you plan to bring on board.
Our venture fund has a diverse set of investors and LPs including family offices, private investors, fund of funds, and early-stage VCs.
